The important but boring bits

All Cloudy Lemonade packages are posted first class via Royal Mail.  From now until August 22nd  delivery will take longer than usual. Parcels will take up to 3 weeks to dispatch. Use the code SLOWCOACH at the checkout to save 20% on your order.

Email enquiries will also take longer to reply to during this time.

All earrings are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons. 

All other items should be returned  in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.  Customers are responsible for the return postage costs.

If there is a  fault with your jewellery after 14 days then please do contact us to discuss it.  Custom and personalised orders are non returnable unless deemed faulty.

Hand cut, hand fired, hand polished, Cloudy Lemonade jewellery is completely handmade. This means that small differences may occur from photos. We think this makes our pieces even more unique and beautiful.
